1/3 of a cup of Apple cider vinegar
1 cup of water
salt, pepper, onion powder (to taste. About 1/2 of teaspoon each)
1 clove of fresh garlic (peeled)
1 bunch of fresh basil
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until liquid.
Use it on your salads or to marinade your protein. (phase 2 friendly) Enjoy!!
